We have launched a new & exciting relationship ministry called Genesis 2:24. Genesis 2:24 focuses on how to find, keep and grow a lifetime relationship.

If you are single, engaged, married or even divorced and desire to understand relationships better - this ministry is for you!

We want to not just talk about, but transform the face of relationships. Pastor Ted has already began to lay the foundation on Sundays. You will want to be part of this movement!

A Genesis 2:24 Launch Event was held June 17th @ 7:30pm. We had a great time and a very open discussion abour relationships. We plan to have events monthly and hope you can join us. In the meantime, keep up with Pastor Ted's video messages via our blog at www.genesislifetime.blogspot.com

This is just the beginning of what's to come!

Financial freedom requires the recognition that God is the rightful owner of all things. Exodus 4:2 depicts God calling Moses to a place of conversion, to a higher place in his life. God asked Moses a great question. The Lord said to him, "What is that in your hand?" Moses said, "It's a staff. For Moses, the staff represented the tool of his trade as a shepherd. It represented his skills and talents and all of his experience, which is the package that God had given him to make a living and a life. Everything Moses needed for financial freedom and to fulfill God's purpose was already in his hand. What unique gifts has God already placed in your hand that you are not using to your full potential. Perhaps instead of looking all over for your financial breakthrough, we all should be looking within to the gifts we already have. We all have been given certain traits and attributes that are unique to each of us. Use them to the best of your ability everyday and believe that God will bless that which you already have . Have a great day. Peace!

Today is Friday June 5 th and I thought I would write something about how to easily make a major difference in the lives of the people we know and encounter. I believe that we are all called to make a difference. Early this week I read a wonderful book by Rich Devos entitled "Ten Powerful Phrases for Positive People". Rich Devos is a very unique and successfull business man. He founded the company Amway and he currently owns the Orlando Magic basketball Team. In his book he outlines some simple phrases that we can use to make a difference. One such phrase is "I am wrong". I love that one because I beleive we all are sometimes guiltly of not using this one enough. Sometimes our stubborn will to be right all the time can drive a wedge between friends and family members. At times the urge to be right can lead to arguments that aren't worth winning and in hindsights are just plain silly. I beleive that many times it is okay to just say that I was wrong and move on. Saying that I am wrong is the beginning of a healthy process. We grow when we place greater importance on healing a relationship than defending our position. Understanding that everyone errs in life takes the sting out of being wrong. Admitting we are wrong is the only way to truly heal the hurt we may have caused others. Without it, people tend to bear a grudge and develop wounds that may never fully heal. Look for the next opportunity to say that you were wrong to the people in your life. Watch how far this one step can help heal the other person, but also what it does for you. It's okay to laugh at yourself sometimes and say I was wrong!! God bless and have a great day.
